We have created a vast number of picnic collections to serve our client’s needs.  Whether you are having a birthday, bachelorette, baby shower or just catching up with a group of friends this is the most beautiful way to get together and spend quality time. 

Our custom picnic setups are available both outdoors and indoors year-round.

We set up in your home, at a venue or in our preferred parks.

Your choice either on the ground or we can take it off the floor with tables and chairs.

Let our team make your picnic dreams come true with this full service package. We will handle the delivery, setup, styling, clean up and make sure you have a hassle free beautiful event.

For residential / venue events we arrive onsite generally 1-2 hours prior to your start time (in some cases earlier) so that we are set and ready to go when the party starts.

For our preferred park events, we arrive at the selected park before you and find the best picnic spot.
Then our picnic stylist will guide you to the picnic at your scheduled start time, as final touches are done in the last moments.

For larger parks we will provide you with best parking location. At the end of the event your stylist will return and handle all the clean up. Which allows you to go enjoy the rest of your evening with no stress.

This all inclusive decor package makes planning an outdoor event so easy!

We can accommodate events up to 75 guests.  If you wish yo have guests seated off the floor that can be accommodated for an additional cost.

Note: This package does not include any food or drink items.

Be In The Know…

Additional required costs to the our packages are travel/gas surcharge based on your picnic location and HST.

We have preferred picnic spots as well as signature locations in Etobicoke, Mississauga Milton, and Brampton.
Please note we will only service these parks on weekends.  If you have a park you wish to recommend we may be able to service them however only during the week.

If you have your favourite spot we will check it out and pick the most appropriate and safe location on the day of your picnic and provide you with our location within the park 15 minutes prior to your picnic time.

All picnic setups are required to be within 75 feet and ground level from where we can get parking/ legally unload.
Some speciality locations have additional cost for onsite private access, carrying or difficult setups, or cleaning.
Ex: private park entrance, cliffsides, waterfalls, beach setups and some condominiums.
All costs will be clearly stated in your quotation prior to booking once your preferred location is confirmed.

Please note that majority of parks do not permit the consumption of alcohol without a permit and any gifted beverages that are consumed onsite at the picnic are at the discretion of our clients and Picnic In The 6ix/ ByJoi Events will not be held liable / responsible.

If you wish to reserve or obtain permit for parks this is handled by our clients prior to booking, please keep in mind for small events you do not require a permit/ reservations for picnics in majority of city / private parks.  If you have a specific spot of a city or private park you must reserve it on your own to guarantee your space.  We cannot guarantee pre selected spots on the day of the picnic as the day to day activity in the park changes.  We will always try to find the most appropriate space for our clients once we arrive.

Please note the above picnic packages include 3 hours of service, each additional hour is $40.00 and must be added prior to your picnic date to guarantee availability.  Please note same day or onsite extensions may have a higher rate.

If you wish to leave your picnic early we will require a 1 hour advance notice to get back to your location as our items cannot be left unattended.

We allow a 10-minute grace period on both ends of your picnic for late arrivals and to give a no stress pack up period when you are preparing to leave.

Please understand that if you arrive later than 25 minutes we will require to pack up and leave the picnic and your total will not be refunded.

We service multiple picnics every day in different parts of the city and we cannot allow tardiness to affect our other events and we cannot leave our rental items unattended waiting for you to arrive.

If we are able to stay and wait for you, your picnic will require to be completed at the original time.  If you wish to add a same day extension it will be an additional $75.00 per hour.

All picnics must be completed by sunset unless they are at a private residence / venue with ample lighting for a safe takedown for our teams or a special arrangement and fee has been discussed with our booking team and noted on your order.  If there is no note/ time specified on your order the picnic stylist will not extend your stay.
